Refunds
The first-design money-back commitment applies to the first design stage only and does not automatically extend to completed implementation, hosting, renewals, or approved work.
Support windows
Support windows follow the package sold: 30 days for Launch, 60 days for Rank, and 90 days for Dominate.
Outcome limits
Ranking, growth, and revenue outcomes depend on factors beyond a single site build, so no blanket revenue guarantee is made.
